Accounting Services
All limited companies are required by law to keep books and lodge accounts with HM Revenue & Customs, regardless of whether the company is trading or not.
When purchasing a limited company, you need to decide how much if any, of the accounting work you are prepared to do yourself.
If you do not wish to administer your company, or anticipate moving house, or are planning on travelling for any length of time, or fall under the Construction Industry Scheme, a Fully Administered Company (FAC) is a highly recommended option.
