Fully Administered Company
Although your company will be yours and yours alone, a Fully Administered Company (FAC) means that All Tax UK take care of absolutely all the administration for you.
After you have opened a small company bank account, of which you will be the sole signatory, All Tax UK will register the company with HM Revenue & Customs, maintain a company cashbook, prepare annual accounts and returns, deal with HM Revenue & Customs on your behalf and offer qualified accounting advice whenever you require it.
If you belong to the Construction Industry Scheme, we will lodge your CIS returns and claim your CIS refunds on your behalf.
As the registered office address will remain at our office, you will not be inundated with company mail and literature. This allows you to leave the country for an extended period of time knowing your company correspondence will be dealt with.
You will also benefit from the accounting experience of three certified chartered accountants, with the combined experience of over 60 years dealing first hand in British taxation. This experience will help minimise your taxation liability, whilst also keeping the taxman happy.
The cost of the FAC service is £18 per week, or £23 per week if you employ staff or are VAT registered.

Accounting
- Reconciliation of company bank accounts

- Preparation and submission of annual accounts and Director's Report
Taxation
All Tax will act as Agents for both the company's tax affairs and your personal tax affairs. This includes:
- The calculation and submission of PAYE and NI contributions
- The preparation and submission of financial statutory accounts to Inland Revenue
- The preparation and submission of financial statutory accounts to Companies House
- The preparation of the Employer's Annual Return and accompanying forms
- The preparation and submission of the company's tax computations
- The preparation and filing of the Director's personal tax return
- If you are CIS registered, will we prepare and submit your annual CIS claim for repayment
